Coherence–Rupture–Regeneration (CRR) is a mathematical framework
describing how systems build stability, encounter disruption,
and regenerate through memory-weighted reconstruction.
The visible spectrum maps onto a just-intonation major scale:
red=1/1 · orange=9/8 · yellow=5/4 · green=4/3 · blue=3/2 · indigo=5/3
White light is coherence. Refraction is rupture. The rainbow is regeneration.
Sound follows the cortical breath hierarchy —
π² ≈ 10s, π³ ≈ 31s, π⁴ ≈ 97s —
with α-entrainment, whale song, CRR wind, and birdsong.
C(t) = ∫L(x,τ)dτ · δ(now) · R = ∫φ·exp(C/Ω)dτ
Ω = 1/π · base = 136.1 Hz · rainbow λ → just intonation
